Computech FAQs

You will need to enter your user name and registration code to register.  You are prompted for this when you first run the application.

• Download the application from the website.
• Once downloaded, install the application by double-clicking on the installation file.
• Once installed, run the application (start menu or desktop).
• You will be prompted for your user name registration code.
• Enter your name or company name in the 'Registered To' box.
• Enter (or copy and paste) your serial number (from the email you will have received after your purchase) into the 'Serial Number' box.
• Click 'Request license key
• The product will now be unlocked.

To activate your software, you will need to do the following:

• Run the application.
• Enter your name or company name in the 'Registered To' box.
• Enter the serial number into the 'Serial Number' box.
• Click 'Request License Key'.
• Once requested, close the application.
• To open again, (IMPORTANT) 'right-mouse-click' on the program icon.
• Select 'Run As Administrator'.
• This will then unlock the application. You can now run the application as normal.
