Email Refresher requires the same email account settings as most other email clients.

To enter your email account details into Email Refresher, click Settings from the email listview screen. You will then see a new window displaying your email accounts. Click New to create an email account or click onan existing email account to change the details.

If you cannot find your email provider settings on this page, a Google search should help you out. For example, search for: 'My Email Provider' Pop Settings. (i.e. Yahoo Pop Settings).
