Following the release of Microsoft's Windows XP Service Pack 2 (XP SP2) in September 2004, Internet Explorer now includes an additional setting to protect users from various threats, such as worms, viruses, potentially harmful scripts and malware. This settings enables/disables the automatic download prompt.
When downloading products from the FileMaker Services, products are automatically downloaded from the first available mirror. A popup prompts the user to save or open the file. However, the new updates included in Internet Explorer prevent the popup, and an information bar (located at the top of the webpage) is displayed to the user. To continue to download the file, click on the information bar and select "Download File..." from the popup menu. See the image below (Fig: 1.2 Manual Download File) for detail:

This method will allow you to download files manually each time. If this becomes an inconvenience, see the alternative methods below for permantently disabling this information bar prompt. Review each option and choose the method that best fits your needs.
Add FileMaker Services to your Trusted sites
Follow the stops below to add FileMaker Services to your current list of Trusted sites which will disable the information bar prompt:

Auto-Download prompts on ALL websites.
