 Hosted on a Memset Dedicated Server

When you buy software online which is of a downloadable format, you will be sent the serial number(s) by email once your payment has been approved. Your serial numbers and product keys will also be held securely in myaccount -> Previous Orders for your records.

Once you receive your serial number, you will need to enter this into the product to activate and unlock it. Below are some typical steps to follow to unlock your product:

• Run the application

• Usually by double-clicking on the icon.

• Enter 'Registered To'

• Usually your name or company name.

• Enter 'Serial Number'

• The serial number (or Product Key) is in the format: 12345-67890-12345-67890

• Click 'Request License Key'

• This is beneath the Serial Number box

• Once requested, close the application

• You will receive a notification saying, "Thank you, please restart the product". Now close the application.

• Run the application again

• Now the program has restarted, it will be unlocked. That is it - Enjoy! (If using Vista, see below)

Note, it can take a couple of hours to verify payment and unlock the product - However, this is mostly completed within a few minutes of purchasing the product.

WINDOWS VISTA USERS

To activate your software on Microsoft Windows Vista, you will need to:

• Run the application by using the right-mouse-button when clicking on the program icon

• Usually the icon will be on your desktop or installation directory.

• Select 'Run As Administrator'

• Select 'Run As Administrator' from the drop down list. (Even if you are an administrator)

• This will then unlock the application. You can now run the application as normal.

• Note: You may need to repeat the above twice to successfully unlock the program.
