FileMaker Services Ltd, a division of Computech IT Services, offer various levels of FileMaker® support.

Our support covers FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Pro Advanced, FileMaker Server, and FileMaker Server Advanced.

FileMaker Services Ltd currently only offer onsite FileMaker® support in the United Kingdom. However, we can offer remote support and assistance in any part of the world subject to GMT opening hours. Please contact us if you require out of hours assistance. If you are outside the UK, please let us know as we have many partners in various geographical locations. We will be able to put you in touch with our trusted partners who will be able to help.

We cannot stress enough, how essential it is to ensure that you have the appropriate backups in place when using any database. We can advise you of the many backup options available to FileMaker users.

We can offer you a custom support package to suit your individual requirements, with “pay as you go” support or an annual support contract.
