What is Optometer© and how does it work?
Optometer© is an application used to monitor the duration a user is infront of a VDU. You can customise break times and idle times to accommodate your circumstances.

It works on a timer bases to determine how long ago the user last took a break from looking at the VDU and when the next break is due.

Who would use the Optometer©?

People who are concious about the length of time they spend infront of a VDU. Most computer operators spend longer than they should infront of a VDU with out stretching or focusing on distant objects to work different muscles in the eye.
