Manage event types to customise your own types of scheduler©, for example "Client Appointment" or "Interview" to "Management Meeting", whatever suits your needs.
Select your own custom colours for each event type. Select the background and foreground colours with this very easy to use colour selector tool.
Select a multi-day view to display a colour-coded view of the number of schedules each resource has for that particular day. The view can display just the number of schedules for that day, or view the detail of each schedule for that day. The view below shows only the number of schedules for that day and can be split screen:
The view below shows each schedule in detail along the multi-day view as is set to full screen. The resources (rows) can be dragged and expanded as big/small as desired.
Drag and Drop schedule. Click to select schedule, then drag schedule to new time/day or resource
Change start/end time of schedule. Click to select schedule, then drag start time to new time
Print as HTML options. Select detail to display, custom headers and footers of HTML document, auto-zip HTML document and attach to email. View the output of an HTML print out.
Scheduler© table occurances. Very simply, this is all the integration you need to do if applying Scheduler© into your own solution.
