ServiceMan© can be run on a PC/Mac or a server and accessed from anywhere on your internal network or via VPN/WAN.

Single user environment
Single user environment is ideal for a small number of computers (generally less than 2 or 3 computers). For any more users, we would recommend a networked multi-user environment.
Multi user environment
Idea for upto 999 users and can be run on a single computer or ideally hosted on a server. The benefits of using FileMaker Server to host the ServiceMan© system include scheduled backups, data protection, data and network speed, improved security.
Compatibility and Requirements
ServiceMan© is compatible with the following minimum system specification:
- Windows Operating System (2000/XP/Server/Vista)
or Mac OSX 
- Minimum system requirements:
- 256MB ram
- 900MHz processor
Required software to run ServiceMan©:
- FileMaker Pro V10 onwards, or FileMaker Server, or FileMaker Server Advanced
