For further tailored support, we can also cover networking and server support should you decide for comprehensive cover. Please contact us to discuss your requirements for a bespoke support package.

FileMaker Services Ltd currently only offer onsite FileMaker® support in the United Kingdom. However, we can offer remote support and assistance in any part of the world subject to GMT opening hours. Please contact us if you require out of hours assistance. If you are outside of the UK, please let us know as we have many partners in various geographical locations. We will be able to put you in touch with our trusted partners who will be able to help. Should you wish one of our british experts to visit your office outside of the UK, all expenses must be covered.

We cannot stress enough how essential it is to ensure that you have the appropriate backups in place when using any IT system.
