When you purchase software online which is of a downloadable format, you will be sent the serial number(s) by email once your payment has been approved.
Your serial numbers and product keys will also be kept in myaccount -> Previous Orders for your records.
You must have registered for a FileMaker Services account before purchasing products online as this is where your company/personal information, transaction details, serial numbers and product keys are held. Registering for an account is quick and easy, you can register here and it will only take a minute.
Buying a product online could not be simpler. Go to the product area for the product you wish buy.
The design and layout of each product area is the similar to make navigation easy:
Click on the buy now link in the options list in the left menu of the product page.
Select which version of the product you would like to purchase.
In some instances there may be options such as type of license, multi-user licenses, multi-PC licenses, etc.
Make your selection and then click "Buy Now" next to the price of the product version.
This will take you to our cart page where you can select the quantities of your order.
Once you are happy with the quantity you have on order, click the Pay button.
Please note that tax applied to your order may vary on your regional tax codes
Complete your transaction with your Credit card or PayPal account or any other accepted method.
Once complete, if ordering software, you will be sent an email with your confirmation, serial number and/or product keys.
