When ordering software online, you are given the option to download the product to start using it instantly. However, if you would like a physical copy of the software for a back-up on a CD this can be sent at an additional cost.

• Physical CD's can be ordered at a fixed price of £10 GBP per copy per product.

• Please note that refunds are not available on issued CD's.
